How do I enable/disable notifications?

When you initially create an account, you will be prompted to turn on notifications. Here's how to do it:

1. Click Enable Daily Notifications
   
2. Click "Yes" to enable notifications
   
3. Select a start time for your daily notifications. Keep in mind that the last notification will arrive roughly 12 hours after the first one. So if you select 6am as your start time, the last notification will arrive around 6pm. Likewise, if you select 10am, the last notification will will arrive around 10pm.
   

If you'd like to disable notifications, follow these instructions:

1. Open the menu by clicking the 3 lines in the upper left-hand corner
   
2. Click the person icon in the upper right-hand corner of the menu
   
3. Toggle the notifications slider to the left to turn notifications off.
